The Basics of Automatic Coffee Makers

One of the first things I use every morning is my automatic coffee maker. Besides, my child is running around, and our cat is meowing to be fed, but without coffee at morning, none of these things will get done. Although there’s a timer to set my coffee machine to brew my java before I wake up, this is not something that I choose to do. I like to grind my own coffee beans, and that means that I have to do it right away before I brew. Otherwise, my coffee will not be as fresh as it could be.

A while ago I had an cheap automatic coffee maker that my hubby bought at a discount store. Of course it brewed my coffee good enough, but I found that the flavor was off. He went out and bought me a more expensive single serve coffee maker, since then I have been really happy with the tasting of my coffee. Even though I can set the coffee maker to brew early in the morning, I find that this is not something I like to do. If there were ever a problem with the filter, coffee would be all over the counter. That’s not what I want to wake up to every morning.

If you are a single person always on the go you might want a machine that functions on a personal level. By this I mean that the automatic coffee maker should has the feature to make a single cup brew in the morning. You are busy and you probably only have time for one or two quick cups in the morning before you leave your home.

A one cup automatic coffee maker is perfect for the person on the go. You don’t need to worry about leftovers because you only make as much as you need. Other smaller makers make four cups of coffee at one time. This type of coffee maker is a great choice for couples who don’t have time to sipping coffee every morning. The four-cup choice is not bad when you don’t want to worry about brewing too much and it is a better alternative to reducing the portions in a bigger unit.
